after my car section delivelary. I gain weight. little. and belly fat. how can I loss minimum 10 kg weight. please suggest me

A. For healthy weight loss, eat mindfully. Avoid packaged, processed and junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. You can begin to exercise if it has already been more than 2 months since your c section.
