Hello Doctor I have gain my weight after my delivery. I had my c section 4 months ago. Please suggest me how to loose weight and belly fat?

Since year Bhara C-section right now you cannot go ahead with losing to beer that you can do after you quit breastfeeding the child about 9 to 10 months of your delivery because your internal C-section section internal stitches are going to take a long time to heal
