Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. the most common cause would be due to the hormonal changes as well as due to the nutritional deficiency so if it is not improving with simple massage kindly take the supplements given by your doctor as well as physiotherapy and then meet your doctor
