hii my 2 c section has done last tuesday 8 days back.. can yu tell me at wt day i have to start body massage.. my back is paining alot... plz help me out.. n how many time i have to do massage

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. massage is done according to your comfort so if you are comfortable you can continue the massage and also go for physiotherapy which will again help in decreasing the pain and kindly take all the supplements like calcium and vitamin d given by your doctor
