after how many days after delivery one should enroll in weight loss program?

A. hi you must start any workout only after 6 months of delivery. till that ,for weight loss,do the following things: walk , walk and walk. don't use vehicle for short distance eat couple of bites less than usual. take high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. avoid junk food items. increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it also helps to burn out extra calories.
