Hello ma’am Once your stitches he’ll completely after that you can go for the best kind of exercise that suits you and take a diet from a dietician to lose on your weight. As that’s the only way to lose on your weight after delivery stomach doesn’t get inside on its own and it’s only possible with the proper workout
