is it necessary to tie stomach after delivery???and how many months we have to tie?? stomach will go inside??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. there is no sense of time this belt over the tummy just make yourself comfortable take a proper healthy diet and gradually you can start with some exercises ask your doctor
