A. six months. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

A. Your GP may recommend you wait for at least 12 weeks before starting any high-impact exercises, such as aerobics, running and resistance or weight training. Hormones can affect your joints for about 6 months after the birth so start off gently.
