For weight loss specially belly fat go for small and frequent meal pattern
Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet like take salad before lunch and dinner, take 3-4 katori of vegetables in one day
Add proteins to your diet like paneer, sprouts, soya, eggs
Include flaxseeds, sunflower seed and pumpkin seeds in your routine it helps to reduce belly fat as well as improves periods too
Go for regular walk or any workout you like
Water 2-3 litre per day
No sugar, fried food, maida , sweets and sugary drinks

Start doing walking slowly and start yoga which is the best practice to reduce your weight and tighten your skin and get back into shape post delivery. With this have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take hot and fresh food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated.
