After C section mom facing pile’s problem is this normal?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Piles and constipation are normal side effects post delivery. Please increase your water intake. Also take fiber rich food items like soups and salads. Please eat hone cooked meals and avoid maida or oily or outside food items. You can also take prune juice to the relieve from constipation.
