Q.

After c-section delivery I am facing back problems..... any solution?

A. The back ache comes due to hormonal changes and it may continue even for a couple of years you can try doing some stretching exercises and also you can use the pillows to support your back while sleeping and sittingWrite Your Answer Here

A. U Can start doing workout for your back if you have completed about 8 to 9 months of your delivery then you can go ahead with proper bank related exercises to relieve the pain mostly after C-section you should do Keagle exercises they really help a lot in settling down the pain in the back
