after c section delivery me apna tommy fat kaise kam karu abhi to meri itni diet bhi nhi hai fir bhi mera body fat bad rha hai..

A. Dear ma’am, there are many reasons to belly fat. Along with a balanced yet calorie restricted diet, customised exercises or simple brisk walking and belly binding would help. Posture too is important.

A. good morning it happens because of hormonal changes at the moment you should be focusing on taking complete rest I would recommend that one of the two months you should avoid dieting and exercising just avoid consumption of junk food
