after 6 months of c section delivery my body little bit reduce but weight not...

A. Hi To lose weight, you can 1. avoid junk, fried, bakery, packaged, sugary foods 2. Include sprouts , pulses, skim milk, egg whites, low fat paneer, vegetable, salads, fruits nuts 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
