after 20days c section I went to tight motion... did any harm to stitches

A. constipation is common after delivery but it's better to consult your gyno they suggest you a constipation relief syrup

A. constipation post pregnancy is very common. you will have to drink plenty of water and should have some physical activity. regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation. important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water. if constipation doesn't improve it can lead to to piles and bleeding due to its complicationy many times constipation medicine isg prescribed by the gynecologist if the constipation is not improving with dietary modification. meet your doctor.

A. If you really had to apply a lot of pressure then maybe it could be a little discomforting in the stages otherwise it’s alright try to consume good amount of liquid and water so your poop is proper and also you can ask your gynaecologist to suggest you with us to soft and that will help a lot if needed
