for fast recovery and caring ,first prefer healthy diet plan.
maintain good hydration .
all these help to maintain elasticity of skin.
wear Cotton material inner wears.
keep that area clean.
avoid harsh exercises
don't lift heavy objects
if there is discomfort like pain ,pus , numbness etc you should consult your gynecologist.
