Q.

After 10 months C section delivery Exercise can starts & and give me suggestions for exercise also which helps to reduce balley fat.

A. hi mom if there were no complications in ur post partum period then yes u can start with exercising .. u can do yoga brisk walk cycling aerobics etc .. tc
