3 month baby looks at fan n ceiling and smiles. she smiles very rare on seeing people

A. my baby also looks at people but doesn't smile too often.

A. Hello mom This is totally normal babies do this and soon baby will start recognising people and start smiling after seeing them so you should definitely not worry about it at all. If your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then every thing is fine and nothing to worry about

Hi, My 3.5month old baby (born at 33 weeks 5 days) sometimes look at our faces (sometimes in eyes) while we speak to him and tracks us when we move around when we keep him on floor; but does not look at us when we hold him in hand. Can it be considered as Eye contact. Also, he looks at ceiling fan or lamps and smiles a lot, but rarely smiles when we make him smile.
