Q.

my three months old baby always looks upwards and smiles...not focusing on people or things...is it a problem?

A. A child gain the vision after completing the age of three months prior to that they mostly look at the ceiling only they basically cannot see anything clearly it’s either blood or black and white and it is totally normal for a child so need not worry about it
