my three month old daughter coos one time a day only some times she smiles only why

A. that is totally normal development so kindly do not worry and the frequency of smiling as well as interaction of the child will increase with increasing age of the child

A. Hello dear mommy! It differs from baby to baby. Cooing starts beyond 4 months in few babies. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Good luck and take care.
