25 days old my baby having cold, please let me know what should I do.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral disease that may occur with symptoms like sneezing, running nose, cough ,sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.at times it can be allergic too.it is lss likely to be related to food but seasonal changes may affect.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would help in relieving congestion n soothing the irritation in nose and throat .
Medicines lsloike maxtra/wikoryl /ascoril flu cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms but it will be better to take only under medical guidance.so please get examination and treatment done by your pediatrician it will be better.no self treatment should be done.
