21 weeks pregnant suffering from sudden cold and cough , how can I sleep at night with this cold ? ๐คง

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. you can take inhalation therapy along with Vicks are some other inhalation liquid Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

Hi parent Keep your self hydrated take steam using the steam machine. take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered take a sip of lukewarm water (with pinch of salt) frequently. keep a bowl full of chopped onion near bed approx three feet far over night
