Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl10 months agoA. hi do gragling with warm salt water atleast twice in a day ,especailly before sleep time at night. drink warm fluids like soup, decoction of warm water and turmeric powde + pinch of salt + 2 drops of ghee in it.
