2 years 2 months baby vomiting after anything eat & also drinking water also vomiting

A. Hello father kindly take him to the doctor and most probably medication would be given and avoid force feeding the child but offer him fluids, such as ORS , water , coconut water or fresh fruit juices, etc. In small sips throughout the day to keep them hydrated.
