not getting my periods
hi, am FTM with 8 months old baby girl. post delivery in a month I got my periods and those are regular till last month. but I don't know what happened June 1st is my period date but still no periods is this normal?

ओव्यूलेशन का पता माहवारी चक्र के आधार पर लगाया जा सकता है. मासिक धर्म चक्र के 14वें दिन ओव्यूलेशन होने की संभावना सबसे अधिक होती है और हर एक महिला का मासिक धर्म चक्र एक जैसा नहीं होता है. किसी महिला के पीरियड्स का समय 28 तो किसी का 32 दिन का होता है. ऐसे में हर महिला के पीरियड्स के हिसाब से उनके ओव्यूलेट होने का सटीक समय भिन्न हो सकता है. ऐसे में अगर किसी महिला के पीरियड्स 28 दिन के है, तो उसके 14वें दिन ओव्यूलेट होने की संभावना हो सकती है.

feeding baby for breast milk
iam a mother of 4th month baby. I have give him only my breast milk.he will gain weight every month. I wouldn't give him any other items for 6 month.In a breast milk,they will gain good health and very memory power.So, we have eat fruits and vegetables including vitamins And minerals, we get the flow of milk.I wouldn't like to give him nipple bottle.I wish every baby become a good person.

Toilet training
My son is 3 years old and he is still not getting ready for toilet training. I am trying with pull up. I have to encourage him a lot to sit on toilet then he sits and does toilet but does not go by himself to toilet. Even at his daycare he does the same. As he still soils twice or thrice during day time, I prefer pull ups to undies as it can be a mess for daycare teachers. I am not sure how to train him for toileting?
