Try giving eggs, milk, curd, cheese, oats, dals. these are protein rich foods which help in weight gain and proper development of the child. try to incorporate these items in a variety of ways such as paratha, patties, rolls, sandwiches

try to give balance diet to ur child. if it's already balance then u can also start vit-d, naturally we can get vitamin-D from sun during sunrise and sunset.protein is also a very imp component so try to give protein rich diet( moong dal sprouts).
