During the daytime use soft cotton clothes as diaper. At night use the disposable diapers. Change the diaper atleast two times during the night to avoid rashes.

i don't think so, they are all the same. Bought three cloth diaper, nothing fits her properly. And concept is the same for both, cloth and disposable, so I prefer disposable as they don't increase your work.
