My 3month old baby is awake all night. she won't sleep much in the morning too what shall i do to improve her sleeping pattern

Don't worry..baby starts differentiating day and night soon after their birth,you want to dim the light to help them know about day and night..if you put on bright light and some tv or mobile phone sounds in night,it creates confusion in babys internal clock system which makes them awake..a gentle wash and dimming the light ,if breastfeeding ,frequent feeds (2or 3)in interval of half an hour before sleep will make them sleep for longer interval ,i hope

make her understand day n night difference by creating room with no sound n dim lights..if u r breastfeeding.. increase your iron intake foods..it will help baby sleep for long stretches

First of all, make her differentiate between day and night. Make her know about morning and evening.
Secondly, make the environment pleasant for baby to sleep- temperature and noise both.
Thirdly, at times baby doesn't sleep once she get wet. So use diaper to make them feel dry and have sound sleep
