Hi.. actually I had pulmonary edema during my pregnancy which lead to emergency delivery of my preterm daughter.. in 33 weeks only.. I almost gained 87 kgs .. right after delivery my nutritionist adviced me a 4 gm salt diet.. with no rice,roti, preservatives, no Salt, sugar, no dairy products.. etc .. I only used to have boiled corns, salad ( carrots & radish )+ 3 egg whites and protein shake for 4 months.. with walking 100 step after every 3-4 hrs... was 10 day's in ICU , on ventilation for 3 day's 4th day I resumed my senses.. and then right after my baby was touching her 4th month I started doing exercises like crunches, squats, reverse plank, and now she's of 9 months where my body is perfect back to shape wearing my old Jeans and t-shirt .. tucked inn simply happy satisfied... !! more happy for the fact that now I only eat a pinch of salt and my tea without sugar...!! habits and practice.. make us do every impossible things..!!
please share ur diet plan.. my kid is 2 yrs now but my pregnancy weight is still the same

hi mommies. I gained 15kg weight at the time of my pregnancy. but after my delivery I couldn't do anything to loose weight as I was nursing my baby. now my boy is 11months old and he is on his proper meal plan. I started my diet a week ago. for first 7days I am on only soup and salad diet with basic yoga. after a week I 'll start a kito diet with some exercise

same here as well..I gained at most 25kg during my pregnancy..my baby is 4months now but I still looks like pregnant...I had c sec for over weight

I believe if we concentrate more on baby with our household work and a proper diet chart will work out more for us without wasting time money and ignoring kids and family.
I choose to do all of my household hold work like booming, sweeping by hand, washing dish,playing with baby taking him for walk morning and evening. I was 65 kg when I gave birth to my child now I am 58kg without any workout.
