Hii meri 1 June ko deleviry hui hai aur abhi mera weight 70 kg hai Mai Isi kaise kam kru mai bhut presaan hu is balley fat se exercise bhi kr rahi hu cumin water 💧 every day mrng mai leti hai luke warm water Piti hu phir bhi kuch fark nhi pad raha h ye fat kabhi jayega bhi ya nhi normal case mai bhi itna fat hota h kya

im on keto diet..high on protein and low carbs. i dont want to starve as im breastfeeding .

Hi mommy... I had csection delivery. When can I start exercise..

right time to start excercise is from fourth month. I have been advised by my gynae to start with breathing excercise for 10 days and then abs.

by exercise for 10 mins in the morning,by walking for half an hour in the evening,eating at time more important than eating Very less and also 8 hours uninterrupted sleep at night which is almost impossible

first and 80 percent is diet have 8.3am filling smoothie made with oats,Kellogg's, bread toast with egg for break fast, 11- a fruit, 1pm rice one hand full with 2 veggies, 4-coffe, tea, green tea,7.3- 2- dosai,roti,idly, and 5/7 days-45min-1 hr workout or walking.

i gained twelve kg during my pregnancy but not am back to my shape, no extra fat .i had luke water for six months. keep working, mine was normal delivery
