an easy way of reducing weight is taking an utmost care to baby ,I know everyone cares there baby but washing baby toilet and poop clothes gives happyness and cooking and feeding baby by ourselves gives happyness and servents will wash clothes for money but not with heart and what they think inside is arey what kind of baby always pooping and peeing,there inside feeling will be like this and diet means eat everything as baby needs all nutrients from milk and one thing don't eat too much.

i have reduced 18 kgs post pregnancy in 1.5 yr..i avoided junk food, sweets and bakery products, walking 30-45 mins daily.

along with morning walk and 15 minutes threadmill .
now am back to my previous weight
