eat healthy and take lot of water. Breastfeeding will control your weight gain l.

😂haven’t done anything tilldate😬. I really think about having some exercise in the morning. But my baby is the one who wakes me up from sleep. And once he is awake taking care of him itself is a great exercise.but ya i have lost more than 15 kg after my delivery . May be because i am a breastfeeding mom. Otherwise i dont do anything special.i have heard drinking lots of water , eating right, having some walk etc can help you reduce your weight. Good luck guys...

After delivery 1st 6month no dieting only take care of baby bcs. all protein and vitamins going through Breastfeeding.breastfeefing is most important for baby bcs.baby will be strong.
I had 5 kg weight loss after c section deilivery
3times hot water.lots of drinking water.excercise and 45 minutes walking on night after dinner,

I hv no idea really just because feeding bby so can't do dieting..... But frequently breast feeding decreases Ur wait.... But reducing weight u can take plenty of liquids small quantity of solids....... Plenty water in take

eating healthy,some walk and plenty of water will really work........ first ideal way to reduce pregnancy weight is to stop stressing yourself on it.....just eat healthy! and be happy coz this weight is due to ur little one...who loves the way ur "mom"
