i have reduced 18 kgs post pregnancy in 1.5 yr..i avoided junk food, sweets and bakery products, walking 30-45 mins daily.

eat in small amounts and frequently
more of liquids$green tea,milk,juices
no need to eat for two...the more ur baby sucks more milk u produce
keep urself active rather than resting
gyming for hr or yoga
u can go for a walk with ur partner it will helps in overcoming depression too
breast feeding cam burn extra calories
