I did sarvangasan and used dumbells to firm my breast. You can buy 2 kg dumbells online for women. Google it how to use dumbells for firmer breast.

hii.. after delivery my face became dark and getting pimples and spots...what should I use for removing those...can anyone faced this.. suggest me
Hi dear. Cut potatoes into small pieces and put in mixie. Then squeeze the juice. Add honey to the juice and apply it everyday once. Leave it for 30 min then wash with warm water. Apply moisturiser after that. This really worked for me

meri delivery huye 8 mahine complete ho. gaye hai,meri delivery operation se huyi hai,mera weight 85 kg hai so plz tell me,me kaise weight loose karu aur kya me abhi yoga ,exercise kr sakti hu

After pregnancy most ladies problem is how to reduces belly fat...for that u can do also yoga once you recover from pregnancy

How many months to wait for exersice after c sec ?
3 months. then you can join a gym.
advise by my doc, no preg complications, no post-op complications.

Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial. Also follow good diet. For breakfast have fruits. Oats, ragi, kellogs for lunch have millets instead of rice. Or
Have less rice and more veggies. For dinner have roti, fruits. Mainly try to Avoid white foods like white rice white bread maida.. Have a balanced and healthy diet.
