Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial. Also follow good diet. For breakfast have fruits. Oats, ragi, kellogs for lunch have millets instead of rice. Or
Have less rice and more veggies. For dinner have roti, fruits. Mainly try to Avoid white foods like white rice white bread maida.. Have a balanced and healthy diet.

my baby is not too naughty.. he plays with his toys and runs all over the house by himself.. so its not been very tiring for me to control him.. I do yoga and stretches for 30 minutes whenever my baby sleeps... and i have lost 2 inches of waist..plus i tie corset for 2 hours before having a meal.. i remove it and i dont use it after meal

11month after my c section belly fat nt reduced .im loosing weight day by day but belly same no belt work.....

Losing pregnancy weight is just a nightmare for everyone. But ladies I have some few tips please start little walking from day 2 post your delivery just 15 mins slow walk would do and take rest once you complete 6 weeks start walking for more time twice a day at least until you reach 45mins at a stretch and start doing some exercises like leg raises for more exercises please consult a good physio. The sooner you become active the sooner you can reduce at the same time ample of rest and healthy diet is a must. Most importantly feed your baby nicely it adds a plus to your weightloss and also keeps your baby bubbly 😉
I had given bottle feeding so my weight is not maintained

I have one year son,I was thin when postdelivery periods upto 6 months but now a days m becoming fat in belly n thighs
