How me weight reduce : I eat boiled veggies and daal with oily tadka but you must add small amount of desi ghee or olive oil to your diet. My knees used to pain alot after delivery so i used to massage olive oil on my knees and just by lying down slowly raise my legs from the knees to the foot and believe me it helps alot. Plus do not go for too much non veg stick to your veggies and it will reduce without any physical activity cause after C section for about good 5-6 months it’s not possible for us to walk or practice any such motions apart from the baby’s work.
