i am a mother of 7 month old baby. i live alone with my husband. so i started light walking after 2months. now i walk for 40 to 50 minutes. there is a YouTube channel \'walk at home \'. you guys can do that when u feel active and fit. no need to follow a diet but reduce your portions and intake of sugar. drink lots of water and juices. eat fruits and healthy food. sleep at least 7 to 8 hours. it\'s your body. take good care of it
