During my pregnancy I had gained 16kg. I had C-section for my first child. He is now 1yr old now. My weight has reduced and I\'m back to my normal weight before pregnancy. I didn\'t followed any diet but did all chores of baby alone after 6 months of delivery. I breastfeed my baby even now. Stay active is the best way to reduce weight. If you have time do yoga & meditation!
