Spicy Chapati Rolls
The chapati roll is no stranger to us. While we go hunting for nutritious food, it is readily available in our very kitchens. The protein from the paneer, the iron rich capsicum and the whole wheat chapatis make for a yummy and healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1/2 small capsicum (shredded)
- 1/2 small cabbage (shredded)
- 80 gm paneer (grated)
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt as per taste
Method
Step 1
Knead the dough and make 2 chappatis.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and add the onion, capsicum, cabbage and saute for 4 -5 mins.
Step 3
Add all the other ingredients except lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from fire. Add the lemon juice, mix well and keep aside.
Step 5
Divide the filling into 2 equal portions.
Step 6
Warm the chappatis lightly and place one portion of filling at one side of the chapati. Roll up tightly.
