Edible Pepper Bowls
In this, after the contents of the bowl are finished, you can eat the bowl too. Isn’t it a super fun way to make the kids eat their veggies? Moms can make things more exciting by adding boiled and mashed egg yolk with salt and pepper as a dip, instead of the salad dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 green, yellow, or red pepper, washed
- 1 bunch of celery, washed
- 1 carrot, washed and peeled
- 20 g – any salad dressing
Method
Step 1
Adult supervision is required to cut the pepper in half from side to side. Next, all the seeds should be cleaned out. You will be left with two hollow bowls, one of which will be your pepper-shaped bowl.
Step 2
The other half of the pepper, carrots, celery should be cut into skinny slices of about 4” long.
Step 3
Give the bowls to the kids and ask them to put a little salad dressing at the bottom of the pepper bowl.
Step 4
Next, they can place the celery sticks, carrot sticks, and pepper slices into the pepper bowl.
Step 5
They have just made themselves a portable veggie treat.
