Quick and Easy Breakfast Recipe for Kids – Bread Omelette

Ingredients:
2 slice of regular bread/brown bread
1 egg
Salt to taste
Pinch of chilly red powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
Pinch of ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon vegetable oil.
How to cook:
1. Break an egg into a large bowl, add salt to taste, a pinch of red chilly powder pinch, little bit of turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and beat the egg very well. And make into a good egg mixture.
2. Now cut all the corners of the bread and dip into the egg mixture. And let the bread get soaked in the egg mixture so that it can absorb it.
3. Now take a pan and heat it and add 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the bread on one side until it becomes golden brown and then flip the bread and do the same. Now repeat the same with the second slice. You can use ghee or butter in place of vegetable oil for frying. Use brown bread to make it more healthy. Serve the simple and quick recipe of bread omelette.
