  1. To keep yourself healthy and happy, exercising will help you a lot. It will ensure that you have a smooth pregnancy with minimum complications. Walking and yoga are the best exercises during pregnancy. However, overexerting is not good, so do not use treadmills.
  2. Take extra efforts in your diet. Your doctor will suggest a diet plan. Be keen on following that. Your diet must be well balanced. It should include foods that provide calcium, carbohydrates, protein and minerals.
  3. Keep your surroundings clean. Office desk and house are the main areas where you live for the longest time. Clean those places properly.
  4. Try to be happy always. Listening to some good music, reading good articles, and chanting can help you to be happy and calm.
  5. Keep yourself hydrated. Plain water is great, but doctors suggest drinks like coconut water should also be consumed on a regular basis.
  6. Cleanliness can protect you from infection.
  7. At the time of travelling, take proper care. Firstly, avoid travelling but in case of urgency, travel smartly.
  8. Controlling weight is the main challenge during pregnancy, as gaining excessive weight could create complications and losing too much weight is also a negative sign.
  9. There are certain foods that you should avoid during pregnancy. Do not eat raw meat, raw eggs and unpasteurized milk as it causes poisoning.
