Baked Sweet Potato Fries
It wouldn’t require much time for this sweet-spicy, sweet potato fries to become the favourite of your little one. This fiber-rich dish can be a perfect snack for an all-family sit-down supper. These delectable fries carry just the right amount of spice and crunch to tingle your taste buds. They are easy to prepare as well. The best part? They aren’t fried but baked.

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degree F.
Step 2
Clean the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1 inch thick wedges.
Step 3
Take oil, chilli powder and 1 tsp of salt in a bowl. Blend them thoroughly.
Step 4
Keep the potatoes in the roasting pan. Brush them with the oil blend.
Step 5
Place the pan in the oven. Cook the potatoes on both sides, until it turns soft. This may take about 20 – 25 min.
Step 6
Remove the pan from the oven. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on the wedges and serve with ketchup.
