Apricot smoothie
Apricots are a sweet and tart fruit. They contain antioxidant vitamins A and C and the amino acid, tryptophan. Carotenoids in apricots may help prevent heart disease, reduce cholesterol and protect against certain cancers. Apricots may help protect vision and prevent constipation. Lycopene present may protect against prostate cancer.

Ingredients
- 10 apricots, cut in half and seed removed
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsps (tablespoons) honey
- 1 tsp (teaspoon) vanilla
Method
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into two chilled glasses and serve!
