1. Don’t make last-minute plans

He probably spells out a long list of things that he needs to get done and why the plan will have to be postponed. So, make sure that you consult your husband before chalking up any.

2. Time out is a serious business

Since your husband hardly has enough time to spend with you, whenever he does get an opportunity, he tries to fit in as many activities as possible. Instead of a date, you end up with a hectic schedule that you’re trying to keep. Don’t complain about it; make the most of the time you spend with him, or gently suggest doing just one or two things.
