yesterday my kid got a pcv synflorix 1st shoot n today he was having some noise in his nose so I gave cold drops is it ok to give cold drops ??

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated sympjotoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
