Yesterday my baby girl passing stool with this. Its look like a stone but she didn’t eat anything like this. I'm really worried

A. Hello mom this could be hard stools , make sure her Liquid intake is good enough and is also chewing her food well. Avoid much of packaged and processed foods give her whole grains and fruits and vegetables in her daily diet
