Q.

Will my milk supply increase after 2months? I mean my baby is 2.5 months old and still my milk is not sufficient for him. Can u advise something?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase milk supply. Also take gur with jeeta for increase milk supply. Massage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. Thanks and take care
