How to increase breast milk?? I have a low milk supply that is not sufficient for my newborn

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also you should have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help increase the milk secretion if not then you may give infant formula milk stage 1 like nan Pro stage 1 or similac stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
