please suggest how to increase my breast milk supply present having less quantity which is not sufficient for my 2months old baby boy

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Have more of jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, ghee, milk etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
