Will my baby catch cold if I eat something cold like ice cream and juice.... the reason for asking is, I'm still feeding her

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no it will not.. common cold are viral in nature.. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, n plebty of fluids during lactation period .
